Polly is originally from Iowa and completed her undergraduate nursing studies with honors at Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. She moved to Dallas in 1997 and began work as a Registered Nurse at Children’s Medical Center. She worked at Children’s while completing her Masters of Science in Nursing at Baylor University Medical Center and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2002. Polly has also obtained her Registered Nurse First Assist through the National Institute of First Assisting. She joined Dr. Worrel at the Carrell Clinic in 2006.

Lindsay Parks, A.N.P.-B.C., R.N.F.A. is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who has worked at Carrell Clinic for over 14 years. She also has her first assist certification and participates in surgery. She initially spent 12 years working for Dr. William A.

As a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Claire received a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and went on to earn her degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. After receiving her degree in 2011, Claire moved to Dallas to begin working at the Carrell Clinic with Dr. Andrew Clavenna.

Nancy is a native Texan, who received a Bachelor of Science in Human Development at the University of Texas at Austin. She then moved to Boston, MA and earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at MCPHS University. She graduated in 2017 and joined Dr. Hotchkiss at the Carrell Clinic that fall.

Nancy is licensed by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery.

Mark is a native of Plano, Texas. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Texas Christian University in 1996 and Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from U.T. Southwestern in 2000. He has 18 years of experience in spine surgery in the Dallas area. He started working at Carrell Clinic with Dr. Andrew Dossett in 2018.
