As a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Claire received a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and went on to earn her degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. After receiving her degree in 2011, Claire moved to Dallas to begin working at the Carrell Clinic with Dr. Andrew Clavenna.

Nancy is a native Texan, who received a Bachelor of Science in Human Development at the University of Texas at Austin. She then moved to Boston, MA and earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at MCPHS University. She graduated in 2017 and joined Dr. Hotchkiss at the Carrell Clinic that fall.
Nancy is licensed by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Mark is a native of Plano, Texas. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Texas Christian University in 1996 and Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from U.T. Southwestern in 2000. He has 18 years of experience in spine surgery in the Dallas area. He started working at Carrell Clinic with Dr. Andrew Dossett in 2018.
Dr. Jason Klein is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and fellowship-trained elbow and shoulder surgeon at Carrell Clinic in Dallas and Frisco. As a shoulder and elbow surgeon, Dr. Klein is an expert in rotator cuff repair, labral repair, all elbow tendon repairs, and shoulder and elbow fracture fixation. He also has exceptional experience in total shoulder arthroplasty (joint replacement), including anatomic total shoulder and reverse total shoulder replacement.
Dr. William Hotchkiss is a spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive surgery as well as cervical spine surgery and regenerative medicine/orthobiologic treatments for spinal conditions. A sought-after expert in navigation-assisted spine surgery, he served as a spine consultant for the Dallas Cowboys and SMU Athletics.
