Lindsay Parks, A.N.P.-B.C., R.N.F.A.

Lindsay Parks, A.N.P.-B.C., R.N.F.A. is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who has worked at Carrell Clinic for over 14 years. She also has her first assist certification and participates in surgery. She initially spent 12 years working for Dr. William A. Bruck in orthopedic spine surgery, and after his retirement, she transitioned to total hip and knee replacement surgery with Dr. Bradford Waddell. Before her experience at Carrell Clinic, she was a registered nurse in the operating room at Baylor University Medical Center in orthopedic surgery for 3 years.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University and her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is also a licensed Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) through the National Institute of First Assists (NIFA). Lindsay is licensed through the Texas Board of Nursing and certified through the American Nurse Credentialing Center. She is a member of the North Texas Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association. She is also a Certified Nurse in the Operating Room (CNOR).

 

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and two children traveling domestically and internationally. Her favorite places to visit include any beach, the wide open country, and interesting cities. She has called Texas her home for nearly all of her life. She also enjoys reading, baking traditional Czech dishes she learned from her grandmother, and doing yoga.
