Alexandrea Withers, M.S.N., F.N.P.-C., B.S.N., R.N.

Alexandrea Withers is a licensed nurse practitioner who is highly skilled at providing care for a variety of bone, joint, and muscle injuries and conditions. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2013 and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Woman’s University in 2019.

Alexandrea joined Carrell Clinic in 2020, and she works closely with Dr. Daniel Cooper to provide patients with the specialized orthopaedic and sports medicine care they need to get back to an active, healthy lifestyle.

Raleigh Sperring, P.A.-C.

Raleigh received her Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. She went on to earn her Master of Science degree in physician assistant studies from DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. After graduating with her master’s degree in 2015, Raleigh spent five years working in the field of orthopaedics before joining Carrell Clinic in 2020 to work with Dr.
