ATTENTION, PATIENTS! | The CDC recently released a statement relaxing the wearing of masks for fully vaccinated individuals both indoors and outdoors. However, this does not apply to healthcare settings. Therefore, there are no changes to our policy around patients and staff being expected to wear masks and limit non-patient visitors while in the office. In addition to keeping our facilities safe, the doctors of Carrell Clinic want to see our patients remain as safe as possible outside of our clinic. For this reason, we are in support of vaccinations, and we encourage your families to get vaccinated.
By October 1, 2021, all Carrell Clinic employees will be required to be fully vaccinated.
For now, we will continue to operate under Carrell Clinic's requirements that all patients and staff continue to wear masks and limit non-patient visitors. The COVID-19 safety precautions will continue at Carrell Clinic until further notice. This includes:
• wearing masks except when eating
• social distancing
• practicing good hand hygiene
Carrell Clinic thanks all of you for your patience and understanding throughout this year. As always, the health and safety of our staff and patients are of the utmost importance.
Safety Measures We are Taking:
- Patients are required to wear face masks.
- Questionnaire regarding respiratory illness exposure
We are disinfecting each room between patients. Patients experiencing flu-like symptoms are being rescheduled. We are limiting the number of people allowed in our offices. The patient should be the only person attending the appointment unless there is a valid exception prior to arrival. Telemedicine appointments are available for new and existing patients.
Please bring your face mask with you to your appointment. This protocol applies to each individual over the age of 2 years old.
To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we are asking patients to enter our facilities alone, unless the patient is a minor or needs assistance.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
