My Comeback Story: Harvey S.

I am the oldest active IFBB pro in Texas. Sounds made up, but it is true. Knee collapsed in 2023 at the Pro Masters Mr. World. Went to Carrell Clinic, and they said the only thing that would help was knee replacement. Had the surgery on November 18, 2024. The first two weeks of rehab were hard. Carrell Clinic helped through rehab, and I was released on February 13. Started training again and am now performing squats without any pain. Left leg is coming back well, gaining strength and size.

If training continues as well as it has, I intend to compete in the 2026 IFBB Pro Masters Mr. World at the ripe old age of 81. Cannot say enough about Carrell Clinic and my doctor, Dr. Kitziger. Without the surgery and his help and the help of his staff, I would still be limping along with severe pain and would not be able to contemplate competing again.
