My Comeback Story: Ernie K.

Suffered from a painful left shoulder joint. Dr Klein, being conservative, started treatment with physical therapy and injections. This saga went on for about 3-4 years; finally, the injections simply didn't bring relief. Couldn't raise my left hand to my face, and doing that really, really hurt. Finally, I agreed to surgery. It went great, with some pain after surgery for only a couple of days, and no need for strong pain medication. Needed three weeks of physical therapy to gain a complete range of motion, and now, in the shower, I can wash my hair with both hands. I'm 82, and wish I had done this so much sooner.
