My history with Carrell Clinic goes back to 1987 when I suffered a plateau fracture of the tibia in my left knee in a slalom water skiing mishap. Dr. Richard Schubert of the Carrell Clinic was the orthopedist on call at Baylor Hospital. He did an amazing job putting my shattered knee back together, utilizing a metal plate and six screws. So thirty-seven years later, when both my knees were basically bone on bone and my left knee could not even totally straighten, I began to pursue knee replacement surgery, where else? - Of course the Carrell Clinic. Dr. Schubert had retired, so after careful consideration I chose Dr. Mark Muller to perform the surgeries. He is excellent! Both replacements were successful and the recovery and rehab could not have gone any better. My legs feel the best they have felt in years! For the first time in probably fifteen years I am able jog! And that's only nine weeks after the second knee replacement. I could not recommend the Carrell Clinic and Dr. Mark Muller any higher! I'm looking forward now to getting out on the tennis and pickle ball courts.
