My Comeback Story: Brad R.

Let me start by saying Dr. Klein is probably the best doctor I have ever dealt with in my 60 years. His manner in the office is superb. Very thoughtful and thorough. Very detailed in letting me know all the steps that could occur and eventually did occur before surgery. His office staff was also top notch. Always answering my questions in a timely manner. A big shout out to Karen. Thank you for everything! Thank you as well to all the nurses at Carrell Clinic for the pre-op work up, bloodwork etc. Great group of women! 

Now for the big show. I will not be able to remember or name names so please know that all of the nurses from the one who put my IV in, and worked on me before the surgery including my anesthesiologist, did a terrific job and made that process for me seamless!! I never worried once. The surgery was a big success and after less than 2 weeks in, I feel great I can move my arm above my head with hardly any pain. I can do my therapy exercises at home with ease. I was in surgery a little longer than normal. Dr. Klein said it was a little worse than he thought once he was inside. I swear he put some bionic stuff in there🤣 because I really feel good only 10 days after surgery. 

In conclusion, Let me also give a high shout-out to all the nurses who took care of me after the surgery. Wow they were good! Also, I have to give a thumbs up to chefs and kitchen who prepares and makes the meals. I’m not a hospital food guy but I can assure you I would eat there for lunch everyday even if I wasn’t a patient! 

I recommend Dr. Klein and his staff for anyone’s shoulder or elbow surgeries. Absolutely a 5-star doctor and a 5-star facility!
