My Comeback Story: Rob G.

After several years of off and on right ankle pain, I had had enough. My daughter had just graduated high school, and as a graduation gift we took her to Europe. I was barely getting around and needless to say it was a miserable trip for me. Surgery with Dr Vineyard was scheduled 3 weeks later on June 22, 2023. With this being my first surgery, I was very nervous but had all of the confidence in Dr Vineyard. Surgery went amazingly well, and a couple months later I was back on my feet! My lifelong dream had always been to move to Colorado and ski multiple days a year. Dr Vineyard had always told me I’d be able to ski after the surgery. The move to Vail, Colorado came in December 2023, and 6 months after surgery I was on skis. I took it pretty easy that first season, but this 24/25 season I have skied 39 days. I would never have been able to accomplish this lifelong goal without Dr Vineyard! Thank you Dr Vineyard for such a great outcome! You’re the best!
