I fell from a ladder and broke both of my heels. Doctors in Longview, TX, did not want to operate due to the severity of the damage, so we started a search for the right doctor. Carrell Clinic kept being referred to as the only place to have the surgery. We called the clinic, talked to a representative, discussed the problem, and within a very short time frame, we received a call from Dr. Vineyard and an appointment the next day. He made an examination, explained everything in detail, discussing what the procedure would be and all the things that could happen, good and bad.
The surgery was the next day on my left heel and a week later on my right heel.
The primary recovery was approximately four months, with visits to the clinic every two weeks. Dr. Vineyard said it could take a year or more before everything has healed, but if it never gets any better, I am at 95% and have no major problems and could live with it as is. I received excellent service from everyone at Carrell Clinic and would highly recommend them for any of your needs.
