After graduating from HSS, he was accepted to Rush University’s prestigious orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship which is considered to be the best sports fellowship in the country. There he completed exceptional training in sports surgery, including complex knee and shoulder surgery as well as shoulder and knee instability repair. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Lauren LaMont and their sons Logan and Dylan.

Dr. Khair’s interests and specialty training includes care of the following: sports injuries in recreational and competitive athletes of all ages; cartilage restoration and transplantation in all joints; shoulder, knee, and hip arthroscopy; hip, knee and shoulder preservation; ligament injuries; shoulder, knee and hip instability surgery; rotator cuff surgery, shoulder, and knee replacement surgery; orthopaedic trauma and fracture care; and joint restoration and preservation.
