Stanley earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise and sports science from Texas State University, where he played NCAA Division I football, and his Master of Health Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Kansas State University.

Before completing clinical training in orthopaedics and sports medicine, Stanley worked as an orthopaedic medical assistant and medical scribe. His experience includes musculoskeletal evaluations, fracture and postoperative care, injections, casting, and bracing, as well as assisting with arthroplasty, arthroscopy, and fracture fixation.

With a background in athletics and musculoskeletal care, Stanley is committed to providing patient-centered orthopaedic care and helping patients return to active lifestyles.
