Carrell Clinic to Welcome Foot & Ankle Surgeon Dr. Canon Cornelius

Carrell Clinic will welcome a new foot and ankle specialist, Dr. Canon Cornelius, to its team of experts on Aug. 18. Dr. Cornelius is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon who will see patients in Dallas at 9301 N. Central Expressway, Tower I, Suite 500, and Frisco at 3800 Gaylord Parkway, Suite 710. As a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon, Dr. Cornelius specializes in a variety of procedures and techniques for the foot and ankle to help reduce pain and maximize his patients’ function. Dr. Cornelius takes a conservative approach to care, and he works with each patient to find solutions that help them return to doing what they love most. His expertise in advanced foot and ankle care includes:

Dr. Cornelius earned his Doctor of Medicine degree and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston. Dr. Cornelius went on to complete additional subspecialty training in foot and ankle surgery through a fellowship at Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina.
